AI workflow

AI accelerates generation but creates a new responsibility: verifying logic and translating machine feedback into meaningful human experiences.

Research synthesis

Preferred tools:ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot

I use AI to analyse hours of user interviews in seconds, clustering themes and extracting actionable insights to inform design decisions faster.

Professional

Product Designer

Marks & Spencer • London

2025 — Present

Designing colleague-facing tools and journeys that help store colleagues support customers and complete complex retail tasks. Working across discovery, interaction design, and prototyping to translate user needs into clear, accessible experiences. Collaborating cross-functionally while applying design-system principles, accessibility standards and usability heuristics. Leveraging AI tools for ideation, rapid prototyping and workflow efficiency.

Graduate UX Designer

Marks & Spencer • London

2023 — 2025

Completed a two-year rotational UX graduate programme across e-commerce, mobile app, in-store, design system and colleague-facing product areas. Redesigned My Account marketing preferences and worked on product detail pages across multiple categories. Contributed to mobile app features, self-checkout till journeys and the M&S design system. Partnered with researchers to turn findings into actionable design improvements.

A short manifesto
for how I work.

Two principles that guide how I think about design problems, shape decisions and collaborate with the people around me.

Let's work
together.
